QuestBridge has been the sole key to unlocking my potential in college. Since I matched, the University of Chicago has offered me endless opportunities to immerse myself in career-related endeavors, a wide range of student organizations, and an enjoyable social life. I am currently part of my school's East African Student Association, Organization of Black Students, Trot Business Program, and Data Science Society.

I am looking forward to joining an additional STEM organization this fall, as well as intramural soccer! Before the college application process, I had no idea where my college journey would lead me, but thanks to Questbridge, I can pursue my passions and hobbies in college without worrying about associated costs. I have found a close-knit FLI (first-generation, low-income) community through my school's QuestBridge Scholar Network, which hosts many fun events, and even my school's local FLIbary, where I can grab snacks and engage with other FLI students.
