| College Match Requirements for Finalists |

Deadline to submit College Match requirements for Finalists: You can apply to up to 8 colleges through the National College Match. If you are selected as a finalist, QuestBridge will forward your application to each of the colleges that you rank. However, before those colleges can consider you for admission, they must receive certain materials from you. Please find your ranked colleges in the list below and prepare the required materials so that you can submit them directly to the colleges as soon as you are notified of your finalist status on October 22, 2012. If you do not submit the required materials in a timely manner, the colleges may choose not to consider your application for the College Match. (If you are not a finalist or did not rank colleges, you do not have to submit these materials. Please see the Regular Decision Requirements page.) If you are admitted to one of our partner colleges through the National College Match, you will be required to submit some additional documents next spring, such as a mid-year school report, a final transcript, a FAFSA, and a copy of your parents' 2011 federal tax return.
