Sign up for a QuestBridge account.
Complete the following steps as soon as possible:
Log in to your QuestBridge application and review the questions, especially the short answer questions and personal statement, so that you can begin to think about your responses.
In the Teacher Recommendation section on your My Locker page enter information for the teacher who will write your recommendation as early as possible (preferably no later than March 14). Make sure to provide a valid e-mail address for the teacher.
Recommendation Form and Recommender Instructions documents will appear in the Teacher Recommendation section. Print the Recommender Instructions document and give it to your teacher.
If your teacher does not have internet access, he or she will have the option to submit the recommendation by fax. In this case, you should print the Recommendation Form (including cover sheet) and give it to your teacher. You should use this option only if your teacher does not have access to the internet.
Complete the online QuestBridge student application, along with the CPS Mini-Courses and Scholarship Awards selection.
Please note that school transcripts and test score reports (PSAT, SAT, PLAN, ACT, etc.) are optional. If you would like to send them, you will need to print the Transcript and Test Scores cover sheet (in the My Application section of your My Locker page), give it to your college/guidance counselor, and ask him or her to fax your transcript and test score reports to QuestBridge.
Submit the QuestBridge application by March 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. This deadline applies to the following elements:
