- Interested in Engineering? Bowdoin offers a 3-2 program in engineering with Columbia University. Through this program, Bowdoin students take 3 years at Bowdoin followed by 2 years at Columbia, earning both a BA from Bowdoin and a BS in engineering from Columbia. Learn more.
- Interested in being Pre-Med? Bowdoin offers a variety of science programs to prepare students to apply for medical school. Bowdoin offers majors and programs of study in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Physics, and Physics.
- Interested in being Pre-Law? While no particular track or major is necessary to apply to law school, Bowdoin offers a unique major called Government and Legal Studies which may be of interest to students interested in attending law school. In addition, Bowdoin offers a 3+3 with Columbia University in Legal Education. At the end of the six years, students receive a B.A. from Bowdoin and a J.D. from Columbia. Learn more.
