Notre Dame University: Required Application Materials for College Match Finalists
If you have ranked Notre Dame as one of your choices for the QuestBridge National College Match, the following six items must be submitted to the college as soon as you are notified of your finalist status on October 22. Due to the high amount of supplementary materials required for Notre Dame, it is highly recommended that you begin this process in early October. If you do not submit the required materials by November 1, 2010, Notre Dame may choose not to consider your application for the College Match. If you are not selected as a National College Match Finalist, please review the college-specific requirements for QuestBridge students who wish to apply through the Regular Decision process. The Notre Dame Supplement can be completed electronically in Word
or hand-written on a print-out of the PDF file. Please either email the
Word version of the supplement to Mr. Gilbert Martinez at Martinez.8@nd.edu, or mail a hardcopy version to Mr. Martinez at 220 Main Building, Notre Dame, IN 46556. |

All others are encouraged to forward their applications for regular decision.
