University of Chicago: Required Application Materials for College Match Finalists
If you have ranked the University of Chicago as one of your choices for the QuestBridge National College Match, the following six items must be submitted to the college as soon as you are notified of your finalist status on October 22. Due to amount of supplementary application materials required for the University of Chicago, it is highly recommended that you begin this process in early October. If you do not submit the required materials by November 1, 2010, the University of Chicago may choose not to consider your application for the College Match. If there are any additional questions please refer to the FAQ for QuestBridge Students Applying to the University of Chicago. If you are not selected as a National College Match Finalist, please review the college-specific requirements for QuestBridge students who wish to apply through the Regular Decision process. | 1 | The Common Application with University of Chicago Supplement, and all supporting documents (including official transcripts, secondary school report, and recommendations) | Common Application Select the "Early Action" option on the application. Please select "Other" under "Fee Waiver Request" in the "Payments" section of the Common Application. The application fee is automatically waived for QuestBridge finalists. Non-finalists who wish to apply through early action or regular admission will be asked to pay the fee or submit a fee waiver request at a later date.
